Game Hour
Come and connect with others through game playing. Help build a strong immune system through healthy laughter, and grow some new dendrites through fun challenges. Game Hour is hosted in the Connections’ Conference Room the first and third Fridays of every month from 10:00am – noon. All ages are welcome, and we invite you to bring game suggestions.

MS and More Groups

Support groups for people with multiple sclerosis and other muscular degenerative disorders.  Help on the first Monday of each month 1:00 to 2:30, and the Second Thursday of each month from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.

Balancing Health
Do you have a window seat on the Titanic? Do you feel out of balance? In this group we are moving from the medical model to a wellness model. Learn to make healthier life choices and develop new skills to enhance your quality of life. We’ll discuss nutrition, socialization, stress management, spirituality, enhancing your environment, and creating plans of action. This group meets Tuesdays, 2:15 to 3:30.

Chair Yoga

Waterlily Come join us for Chair Yoga! Yoga has been shown to increase circulation, strength, and flexibility. This class is taught by Connections’ staff member Lynda McCullough. Lynda has taught yoga for 10 years, and she is certified with the Yoga Alliance. Connections’ Chair Yoga class is for consumers. You are welcome to bring an assistant. Classes are held in Connections’ Conference Room every Tuesday from 1:00pm – 2:00pm. To sign up, please call Lynda: 970.352.8682, ext. 109. Join at anytime, but please sign a release form before your first class.
