Connections’ Employment Services program is designed to help people develop job goals and take steps toward reaching them. We assess accommodation needs, education, work skills, and work history. Then we work with individuals to develop a plan based on abilities as well as employer needs.
Some people decide to obtain a volunteer position to ease into the work world and gain experience while others may decide to obtain training in a new field. Others want help with the application process. We can provide support in any of these areas, then assist with interview preparation, accommodation needs, and job coaching.
